Living the Unleavened Life by Donald Ward – Last Day of Unleavened Bread April 3, 2021

Donald Ward Elder and Minister of Jesus Christ, United Church of God
Before his retirement in 2021, Dr. Donald Ward pastored churches in Texas and Louisiana, and taught at Ambassador Bible College in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has also served as chairman of the Council of Elders of the United Church of God. He holds a BS degree; a BA in theology; a MS degree; a doctor’s degree in education from East Texas State University; and has completed 18 hours of graduate theology from SMU.

From Dan Deininger:
Before his retirement I had the blessing of taking a number of live online classes from Dr. Ward. In my years in the Church of God I had heard many speak very highly of Dr. Ward, but I did not know him nor was I on the same Ambassador College campus during my 4 years of undergraduate study.  Hence I was never able to take any classes from him and learn firsthand why so many held him in high regard. When asked to take the Online Bible Classes offered to pastors and elders by United Church of God, I did not realize what a blessing the classes would be. One of the best of those blessings was to be able to take classes taught by Dr. Donald Ward.  I was able to experience first hand why so many spoke so highly of him. His instruction is meaty, inspiring, and thought provoking at the same time. He packs so much into each sentence that when listening to a recording of his messages, I find myself stopping the recording over and over to be sure I comprehend the nuances and full intent of what he is saying!  He shares his thoughtful analysis of God’s word in a manner that fills you with a desire and motivation to grow and increase your own understanding… and live it in your life.

If you want to grow in understanding and knowledge of God’s word, I encourage you to search the UCG sermon archives for messages by Donald Ward.
